Swisscom launched a mobile offer for children aged 7 to 16, including smartwatch plans.

What I take away from it
When I take ownership of planning and prioritisation, a project remains controllable even under difficult conditions.
Joint sessions with product and marketing shortened alignment and exposed false assumptions early.
I carried almost everything here from UX and writing to implementation. Today I make capacity limits visible before they become a project risk.
I now ask clearly for prioritisation and resource commitments. That is part of professional collaboration.
High standards drove the success, but they only work long term when the working model behind them is sustainable.
