Owner

01Situation

An experienced recruiter starts his own company and needs a professional presence from day one.

Starting point

Gabriell Simoni founded his recruitment business for industry, construction and architecture in 2024.

Need

An independent brand and a website that convinces both candidates and clients.

Requirement

After launch he needed to maintain everything himself without relying on me.

02Complication

Tight timeframe, high quality expectations, no team.

Market access depended on launch

No presence meant no new business. Every week mattered.

Built alongside active mandates

The project had to run in parallel with existing commitments.

Maintainability as a requirement

It needed to look premium while remaining manageable without design expertise.

03Approach

Short paths, direct alignment and implementation in Framer. Design and build from one source.

Brand core first

A distinctive logo and colour world became the foundation for everything else.

Modular Framer website

I designed and built the site myself without a developer handoff or unnecessary friction.

Co-working instead of feedback rounds

Decisions were made live in joint working sessions.

04Results

Launch in 6 weeks

Branding and website completed end to end.

Logo and brand presence

A distinct, scalable visual identity including LinkedIn assets.

Content modules the owner can manage without support.

Full independence

The client has maintained the platform himself since launch, exactly as planned.

What I take away from it

Trust replaces process

In short projects, direct access to the decision-maker is more valuable than a complex approval structure.

Maintainability belongs in the concept

If someone needs to work independently after launch, that must be designed in from the start rather than taught afterwards.
