Roman was given a mobile Carrera race track and wanted to turn it into a rental business. In roughly one week I developed the positioning, branding, logo, UX/UI, copy and website around one simple idea: do not sell the track, sell a fully managed event attraction.

The result in one sentence
A gifted race track became a clear, bookable event offer in roughly one week.

Roman
Roman suddenly had a mobile race track and a business idea, but no offer, no brand and no website.
The track physically existed, but it had not yet been framed as a clear event service.
After our first project together, Roman came straight back to me with his next idea.
Branding, offer, communication and the digital booking journey had to come together in a short timeframe.
A 13-metre race track alone is not yet a compelling event proposition. The key was making the benefit for organisers immediately clear.
If you only show technical features, customers have to work out for themselves why the track could work at their event.
Corporate parties, weddings, trade fairs and birthdays need different arguments but still have to fit under one clear offer.
Setup, supervision, timing and dismantling must not feel like extra work for the organiser.
I did not sell the race track. I sold an event attraction the customer does not have to worry about.
The communication focuses on conversation, competition and shared moments rather than the physical construction of the track.
Setup, race management, timing, supervision and dismantling are explained as part of the experience, removing organisational uncertainty.
Typical occasions help visitors immediately judge whether the attraction suits their event.
Logo, visual language and website were developed as an independent presence. Roman immediately used the new logo on his vehicle as well.
No robust booking numbers yet, but Roman had an offer he could immediately present and sell.
Positioning, branding, website and enquiry flow were created in a compact sprint.
Roman was so happy with the result that he used the new logo on his vehicle straight away.
After PÄCKLIMAA, the second project together was another strong result for Roman.
What I take away from it
A race track is technology. A fully managed attraction is a clear benefit for an event organiser.
Supervision, setup and dismantling are not side notes. They remove the target group’s biggest objection.
A strong first project shortens alignment on the second and creates room for bolder ideas.

Live in two days. Then so many enquiries came in that the phone number temporarily had to come off the website.

A website gifted out of genuine enthusiasm. It led to more work and an exchange where both sides give what they do best.

Website and shop for a local coffee roastery. 3× online revenue and a project that taught me to take scope as seriously as design.
